Return & Refund Policy

At Infinite Accessories, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
✔ Items must be in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.

❌ Gift Cards
❌ Personalized or Custom Items
❌ Items marked as "Final Sale"

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email our support team at infiniteaccessories33@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4️⃣ Processing – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

✔ Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
✔ Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

🔴 Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • The item is returned without original packaging or is not in its original condition.
  • The return is initiated after 7 days but within 30 days (at our discretion).

4. Exchanges

✔ We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
✔ If you need an exchange, contact us at infiniteaccessories33@gmail.com with a photo of the item and order number.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging to assist with your claim.
  • We will cover return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no extra charge.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.

7. Return Shipping Costs

🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
📦 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
